Our small team of extraordiary individuals bring together decades of experience in customer service & property management to provide you with the best service your home has ever given you!


Chris brings extensive people, relationship, procurement, and consultative-selling skills to the world of property. Previous roles across banking, market research, financial technology, software sales - all including heavy focus on Sub-Saharan Africa through being based in South Africa for over a decade. Now based back in the UK in Margate assuming following roles: 

Property acquisitions: Developing relationships with landlords and key estate agents across East Thanet, Chris leads on negotiations for ongoing acquisitions.  

Bank relationships: Chris’s experience plays a key role in fully connecting with our service providers through years of experience in similar roles. This helps us more fully understand challenges the banks face, helping ensure we properly align our respective strategies. 

Lettings: Two years ago, we brought our lettings business in-house which has been a game-changer. Chris manages new tenant relationships helping ensure we find right people for the right home. 


Lucinda started at Tomes Homes back in 2017. Originally taken on to help with the day-to-day administration for the company, her role has developed along with the growth of the company and she is now our Portfolio Manager, handling the daily running of our lettings portfolio, and is the first port of call for tenants for any maintenance issues. 

Lucinda previously worked as a Client Relationship Manager for one of the UK’s leading telemarketing companies based in central London, working closely with top magazine and newspaper clients such as Bauer Media, Hearst, the Guardian, and News UK. Primarily being a customer-focused role, Lucinda has been able to apply these skills from her previous career to provide a personable and efficient service to our clients. 


Lizzie joined Tomes Homes at the end of 2019 bringing with her 10 years of experience in the property industry. During this time, she worked within Sales, Lettings and Operations giving her a wealth of knowledge across the board.  

She started her career in property as an Office Manager for Foxtons in 2010 and from 2014-2019 worked for Knight Frank in Residential Operations overseeing the running of 14 of their offices across the Central and North London divisions, based in their prestigious Hyde Park office.  

At Tomes Homes she works as the Operations Manager implementing new ideas and processes across the business whilst also working on the Residential Sales side analysing deals and progressing sales.  


Bernard is a Certified Public Accountant with 10 years of experience. He started his career in Ernst & Young (Philippines) as an Associate Auditor and progressed to become a Senior Auditor in the firm. He then had a successful stint in the local corporate scene working in mid-level management roles. In 2019, he joined Tomes Homes as a Financial Controller. He brought with him his vast knowledge in managerial accounting, financial reporting, and a whole new perspective in financial analysis. 

While closely working with David, he developed a tailor-fit financial management dashboard for property businesses that encapsulates all the essential elements of financial reporting, KPIs, benchmarking, budgeting, and forecasting. 


Rowie is currently the Lettings Co-ordinator of Tomes Homes. She has been working remotely for the last 5 years where in she mainly focused on Real Estate Transaction Co-ordination and Property Management. 

Prior to her experience in Real Estate, she was previously the Staffing Consultant Manager for a Recruitment firm in Manila. Rowie has worked with high levels within organisations supporting CEOs, Directors, Managers, and Small Business Owners. Overall, She has 12 years of professional work experience.

Rowie is highly experienced in providing a high level of customer service. She is committed to sharing her expertise in order to deliver an outstanding output and help live up to our vision to make renting better than owning.

Marketing Team


Leanna brings her professional experience in marketing communications.  Her expertise is in creating brand marketing and strategic communication campaigns for businesses and organisations – ranging from corporate, government, and non-profit. She earned her MSc degree from the University of Roehampton in International Marketing Management. Previous to her role in Property Strategy, she has diversified the global reach of the Interserve foundation and managed the Great campaign of the UK FCO in Asia.  

She now focuses her work to contribute and add value to organisations that envision change and creating impact in their respective industries and communities. She fully believes in the power of strategy and how this can redefine businesses, and she hopes to influence organisations to understand its importance in creating better businesses in the property investment industry.  


With 4 years of professional experience, Rowena has honed her administrative, project management, organisation, time management, and company collaboration skills. Previously the Procurement Department Head for a construction company, the transition from an office-based job to a remote one has opened doors for her and has introduced her to a wonderful team from all around the globe.

Rowena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines, and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree.
